These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Raptor Agent, Raptor Presence, and all other associated products or services ("Raptor," "we," "our," or "us") operated by 88 Solutions Co. LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company.

By purchasing or using any Raptor product, including but not limited to RAPTOR Agent, RAPTOR Agent Lite, RAPTOR Presence Lite, or RAPTOR Core, you ("Client," "You") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Scope of Service

Raptor provides digital tools and automation systems, including but not limited to AI call handling agents, branded websites, CRM tools, lead generation automations, and communication services. These tools are intended to support, not replace, human operations in your business.

You acknowledge that:

We do not guarantee specific results from using our tools.

AI agents will behave based on the information you provide, and no other source.

Raptor is not liable for what your AI agent says, misunderstands, or how callers respond to it.

2. Payments, Billing & Renewals

Raptor services are subscription-based, with monthly or annual billing depending on your selected plan.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your service without notice.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time with 14 days' notice via email or billing platform.

Annual plans are billed upfront and may include discounted pricing. Failure to complete payment for annual terms may forfeit all discounts and result in pro-rated billing at standard rates.

3. Cancellations & Terminations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not refund past payments.

Raptor reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason, including (but not limited to): misuse, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms.

Termination may be immediate and without refund.

4. Use of AI Agents (Jess)

By using any version of the RAPTOR Agent:

You understand the AI voice agent operates based solely on information you provide (e.g., business name, services, service area, FAQs, etc.).

You agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of that information.

You acknowledge that Raptor is not liable for any business, legal, or reputational issues arising from the agent’s responses.

You agree not to disclose confidential, sensitive, or private information to the AI unless you intend for it to be accessible in public-facing conversations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the system for:

Spam or unsolicited marketing

Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation

Illegal or abusive behavior

Interfering with other users’ experience

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this section without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All RAPTOR branding, tools, AI prompts, automation sequences, templates, and marketing content are owned by 88 Solutions Co. LLC and may not be copied, sold, or reused without written permission.

Clients may use the tools and systems for business purposes only, under a limited, non-exclusive license.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 88 Solutions Co. LLC and its officers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of business, revenue, or data

Errors or actions taken by the AI Agent

Failure of the AI to meet expectations or business performance

Use of our services is at your own risk.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. All legal proceedings related to these Terms must be filed in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, and you agree to submit to that venue.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
