These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Raptor Agent, Raptor Presence Lite, Raptor Core, all website packages, and all related products or services ("Raptor," "we," "our," or "us").

Raptor is a marketing, automation, and software division owned and operated by 88 Solutions Co., LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“88 Solutions”).
All payments, contracts, and legal obligations are between you ("Client," "you") and 88 Solutions Co., LLC.
“Raptor” is a registered trade name and brand identity of 88 Solutions Co., LLC.

By purchasing or using any Raptor product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Scope of Service

Raptor provides digital tools and automation systems, including AI call-handling agents, branded websites, CRM tools, lead-generation automations, and communication services. These tools support, not replace, human operations in your business.

You acknowledge that:

Raptor does not guarantee specific results or revenue outcomes.

AI agents operate solely on information you provide.

Raptor and 88 Solutions are not liable for AI responses or caller reactions.

You are responsible for monitoring automations, messages, and workflows configured in your account.

Custom Client Arrangements

Raptor and 88 Solutions Co., LLC may offer custom pricing or partial-service packages based on individual client needs.
Custom packages are agreed upon verbally during the sales call and confirmed via invoice or checkout authorization.
All pricing is subject to change with 14 days’ notice via email or billing platform.

3. Payments, Billing & Renewals

Services are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan chosen.

Startup/setup fees are non-refundable and cover configuration, design, and onboarding.

All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of service.

88 Solutions Co., LLC may modify pricing with 14 days’ notice.

4. Cancellation Policy (Cancel Anytime)

You may cancel any subscription at any time via your billing portal or by emailing [email protected].

Cancellation stops future billing immediately.

All past payments and setup fees remain non-refundable.

Annual plan cancellations forfeit all remaining months.

Raptor may terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations.

5. Usage-Based Rebillable Costs

Rebillable charges may apply for:

Phone numbers

SMS / MMS messages

Voice minutes

Carrier lookups

AI usage

Any usage-based communication cost

Charges are billed automatically to your stored payment method.

You agree you are responsible for all usage-based messaging fees associated with your account.

6. No Refund Policy

All payments to Raptor / 88 Solutions Co., LLC are final and non-refundable, including:

Setup fees

Monthly or annual renewals

Usage-based charges

Because services begin immediately and are customized, refunds are not possible.

7. Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes.
Raptor may submit proof of delivery, system usage, or call logs to resolve disputes.
Fraudulent disputes may incur legal and administrative fees.

8. Delivery of Services

Services are considered fulfilled once:

Your website, automation, or AI system is built and delivered, or

CRM/sub-account access is provided.

Ongoing support or training is optional and not required for fulfillment.

9. Communication, SMS & A2P Messaging Terms

(Your full original SMS policy preserved exactly.)

10. Acceptable Use

You will not use Raptor for:

Unsolicited spam or unlawful marketing

Fraudulent, abusive, or defamatory behavior

Activities violating carrier or privacy regulations

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All Raptor branding, automations, templates, AI flows, and system frameworks are owned by 88 Solutions Co., LLC.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license for internal business use only.
Re-sale or redistribution is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Raptor / 88 Solutions Co., LLC are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Data loss

Missed leads

AI errors

Business interruption

Use of Raptor services is at your own risk.

13. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Louisiana law.
All legal matters must be brought exclusively in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana.

14. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of Raptor constitutes acceptance of updates.

15. Website Development Terms

These terms apply to Raptor Presence Lite, Raptor Core, Project Blackout, and all custom website packages.

15.1 Project Start & Setup Fee

The setup fee is non-refundable.

It is collected on the first consultation call.

Website development begins only after the onboarding form is submitted.

15.2 Build Timeline

Typical website delivery ranges from 14–90 days, depending on:

Package type

Client responsiveness

Content availability

Requested features

Delays in providing required content extend the build timeline and are not grounds for refund.

15.3 Delivery & Onboarding Call

Once the draft site is completed:

Client receives the website for review

Client schedules the Onboarding Call

This call includes:
– System walkthrough
– Feature training
– Initial revision session (see below)

15.4 Revision Policy

Included Revisions

One (1) free revision session during the Onboarding Call (this is the only included build revision).

One (1) free revision session per month included with an active subscription.

Additional Revisions

Any revision beyond what is included is billed at:

$100 per hour

This applies to extra build revisions, redesigns, additional calls, layout changes, or any edits beyond included sessions.

Major Changes

Major changes—new pages, redesigns, new branding, additional layouts—may incur additional project fees.

15.5 Monthly Subscription Activation

Monthly subscription billing ($297/mo or applicable rate) begins on:

The date of the Onboarding Call.

This becomes the Client’s recurring billing date every month.

Hosting, CRM access, automations, and Raptor Command Center require an active subscription.

If subscription lapses:

Website may be taken offline

CRM and automations terminate

Sub-account may be deleted after 30 days

15.6 Website Ownership

Client Owns:

All content the Client provides

Photos/logos the Client owns

The final visual appearance of the website pages

Raptor / 88 Solutions Owns:

Websites’ backend system

CRM configurations

Frameworks

Templates

Automations

Snapshots

All proprietary structures

The Client receives a license to use these systems only while actively subscribed.

15.7 Domains

The Client is responsible for purchasing/maintaining their domain unless otherwise agreed.

If Raptor purchases the domain on behalf of the Client, the cost is passed through at market rate.
